Most businesses I work with have the same underlying problem: their channels are running in parallel rather than together. Paid acquisition brings in customers that email never converts. Retention flows exist but aren't connected to what's happening in paid or on site. The tech stack works in theory but leaks revenue in practice. My job is to find where the system is broken and fix it before spending more to grow.


Over the past five years I've worked across the full stack of growth marketing. At VOLY, Australia's first instant grocery delivery startup, I built the entire marketing operation from zero and led integrated launch campaigns across a AU$100K to $300K/month operation. At Access Brand Management I owned full-funnel marketing across two subscription DTC brands, coordinating six external agencies across paid media, email, web development, and supply chain simultaneously.

The results that best reflect how I work: growing email from 6% to 24% of total revenue in nine months, reducing return value by 90% year on year through root cause diagnosis rather than surface fixes, launching a US market to $236K in its first year, and delivering 52% AOV uplift through a single integrated Q4 campaign.
