Responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill positions in Field Sales and Medical. As a member of the European team, I am also part of Global Commercial Recruitment Solutions working in defined project teams to identify target candidate profiles and provide high quality, screened candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need. Responsabilities: . Working as part of the team to deliver recruitment solutions on client projects across a functional area or a geographical area. . Attend internal project kick-off meetings to understand the team build your responsibility and learn about the role requirements. . Set up assigned requisitions in the ATS / gaining relevant approvals where necessary . Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for each open position. . Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media. . Screen candidates as necessary and write up summary reports. . Identify critical contingency requirements and flag them to your line manager. . Manage the end-to-end candidate process from screening, through hiring manager interviews and client interviews. Develop offer proposals and seeking appropriate approvals. . Complete all relevant paperwork relating to job offers to ensure accuracy in contracts and onboarding. . Working closely with HRSS to ensure timely execution on job offers and contracts. . Attend project update calls and ensure ATS compliance to support live reporting . This role requires me to collaborate with Recruiting Operations, Recruitment Branding, broader Global Commercial Recruitment Solutions Team, HRSS and on occasions BD, Finance and Operations.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, I focus on Tech sourcing for all of our tech HUB's (Barcelona, Madrid, Porto, Budapest & Milan). Experience recruiting in the entire European market and Latin American as well (focus in Argentina and Brazil). I build large pipelines for Backend, Frontend, and mobile Engineers but I also work to the Employer Branding Team to organize different activities to attract passive candidates.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Support and management of the recruitment process end to end for Mercado Libre Argentina client. This includes:

- Arrange and assist to profile review meetings with Hiring Managers / clients in order to understand their needs and requirements for the job vacancy position;

- Headhunting / sourcing. Searches using Boolean operators. Contact passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter license.

- Posting job vacancies on Argentinian job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Educación IT, bumeran, Zona Jobs, etc) and review candidates that apply on them.

- Phone Screenings;

- HR interviews / DNA Interviews;

- Candidate shortlisting;

- Send technical challenges to candidates;

- Collection and consolidation of interviews feedback;

- Background check;

- Track all candidate movements through the ATS Success Factors & Eightfold;

- Extend offer letters to selected candidates having previously prepared and hire them.

Experience with LATAM market (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico).

Weekly reports and metrics with Power BI tool.
