Managed the network infrastructure for 4,000+ users across four international sites (USA, France, Singapore, Abu Dhabi) as part of a lean, two-person team. Played a hands-on role in ensuring high availability, security, and performance of the entire network, including wireless

connectivity.

• End-to-End Network Operations: Independently resolved complex incidents, optimized network performance, and maintained seamless connectivity across wired and wireless networks.

• Wi-Fi Infrastructure: Configured and maintained enterprise-grade wireless controllers and access points, ensuring reliable and high performance Wi-Fi for users across all locations.

• Infrastructure Deployment: Installed, configured, and upgraded critical network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers) with minimal downtime.

• Cisco ISE Security: Deployed and administered Cisco ISE for DOT1X and MAB authentication, significantly enhancing endpoint security.

• SD-WAN Migration: Spearheaded the implementation of VeloCloud SD-WAN, streamlining site-to-site connectivity and reducing operational costs.

• Firewall Administration: Configured VPNs, enforced access control policies, and resolved security incidents across multi-vendor

firewalls.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Worked closely with service providers and vendors to ensure SLA compliance and timely project

execution.

• Proactive Improvements: Led hardware lifecycle upgrades, ensuring network infrastructure stayed up to date with evolving business needs.

Provided advanced network support primarily for Veolia, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of their network infrastructure. Actively contributed to the design, implementation, and maintenance of client networks across various environments. Key Achievements and Responsibilities:

• VOIP Management: Administered and supported voice infrastructure using Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
