I design, configure, and optimize business workflows and reporting solutions across PTP, OTC, and MTM processes. My work involves building and maintaining Kissflow workflows, adjusting data structures, improving request logic, and delivering end-to-end process enhancements. I also create KPI dashboards in Power BI, develop automations, and ensure data flows smoothly across systems.

As a specialist at the Emergency Response Group (ERG), I support the emergency mitigation process by managing accounts receivable and maintaining effective communication with clients. My role combines operational accuracy, structured problem-solving, and consistent follow-through across multiple tasks.

I handle client interactions daily, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and adapting communication templates to each situation while keeping ERG’s standards intact. I manage the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely and precise billing, tracking payments, and processing multiple payment methods such as cheques, online payments, wire transfers, and e-transfers, always following confidentiality protocols.

I work closely with third-party services like WRITELOSS to process estimates, provide accurate account information, and ensure alignment with the amounts owed. I follow ERG’s operational guidelines for payment advice, account status checks, and post-payment procedures, prioritizing tasks based on urgency to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration is a key part of my role. I support both new and existing team members by sharing knowledge of ERG’s processes, helping maintain consistency across the team, and contributing to smooth operations within the emergency mitigation workflow.

My strengths include clear and professional communication, strong technical understanding of receivables and estimate processing, a solution-oriented approach to client issues, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. I adapt quickly to shifting demands while keeping client satisfaction and operational quality at the center of my work.
