I work with HR, People & Culture and business leaders who are dealing with growth, change or complexity, and who feel that their people initiatives have become scattered, unclear or hard to sustain. Together, we turn good intentions into focused, practical people and talent development that works in real organisational life.

Clients hire me when they need someone who understands both people and systems. Someone who can step into complexity, see patterns quickly, and translate them into clear direction and concrete next steps. I bring over ten years of inside experience in global organisations, working closely with employees, managers, leaders and senior stakeholders. I understand time pressure, competing priorities, cultural dynamics and behaviour patterns, and I design development that fits that reality.
