With more than 30 years of international experience in restaurants, boutique hospitality and tourism operations, I bring a practical and independent perspective to hospitality and experience-based projects. My career has taken me through different roles in hospitality management, tourism services and international operations, giving me a broad understanding of how hospitality businesses function in the real world.

Over the years I have learned that successful hospitality projects are rarely created by simply building something new. In many cases the real value already exists in the place itself — in its culture, traditions, landscape and local character. Respecting and integrating these elements often leads to more authentic and sustainable projects than replacing them with generic concepts.

I am particularly interested in projects where human values, local culture and meaningful guest experiences are considered essential parts of the concept.

I am open to working internationally and enjoy traveling to observe projects directly, especially when they are located in places where hospitality, culture and landscape come together in a meaningful way.

My goal is not only to identify problems, but to help create hospitality projects that respect their environment, their people and the experience they offer to guests.
