Après 9 ans en recrutement, conseil et formation, j’accompagne aujourd’hui les startups et entreprises en croissance sur leurs recrutements Go-To-Market (Sales, Business, Ops), du middle au top management, sur un scope international : EMEA, AMER, APAC.
J’ai un rôle hybride :
• Opérationnel : je prends en charge les recrutements prioritaires en direct avec les hiring managers, avec une forte exigence de delivery et d’expérience candidat.
• Structurant : j’optimise les process de recrutement, j’aligne les rôles et KPIs, j’améliore les outils, et je forme les équipes (RH & managers) aux bonnes pratiques, y compris sur les dimensions diversité & inclusion.
Mon objectif : aider les entreprises à scaler leurs recrutements avec exigence, en combinant delivery opérationnel, structuration des process et montée en compétence des équipes internes.
