I was tasked to help the cloud transformation of the company. As my skills range from tech to product, I was in charge of the product vision and lead architect. With a team of 10 people under my direct supervision and 70+ under my indirect supervision, we have built a Platform as a Service (Heroku like) to migrate 3 datacenters to AWS and bring DevOps, Agile culture and more automation to the company.
This PaaS sits on top of AWS, leveraging Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
