Delivered actionable recommendations to improve stakeholder mapping, financial risk framing, reputational messaging, and strategic campaign components.

Co-developed advisory proposals and advocacy strategies for Berlin’s urban circular economy program, integrating ESG policy, regulatory requirements, and actionable implementation measures. Drafted position papers on sustainability and circular economy topics, contributed to strategic reorganization of the NGO, and supported acquisition and partnership initiatives. Built and coordinated cross-sector networks with think tanks, academia, public institutions, policymakers, and regulators, and represented the organisation in high-level forums on ESG policy, corporate sustainability, and responsible investment.

Supported the Compliance Center by drafting and refining internal ESG policies aligned with global frameworks, including CSR, UN Global Compact, the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG), ISO 14001, and SA8000. Analyzed existing governance and sustainability structures, identified gaps, and advised on ESG-related risks to align processes with international best practices. Restructured internal governance to improve transparency, traceability, and compliance readiness, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure feasibility. Translated complex regulatory requirements into actionable policy documents and provided strategic input on emerging ESG standards to keep the organization ahead of regulatory developments.
