You can learn to be resilient. We organise accessible training sessions for children to help them grow in self-confidence and assertiveness. 3 sessions for young people (view ages) 1 session parent support Course material & assignments for at home Individual follow-up and conclusion In all Flemish provinces (view locations) Assertiveness is standing up for yourself in a positive way and taking into account the limits of others. In this assertiveness training, we work in small groups around the theme. The training offers knowledge about the theme, encourages the children and young people to reflect on themselves and their own situations and interactively practises skills that provide support in concrete situations.
