Incident resolution through ticketing system:

Incidents related to certificates , redirects and niginx + Apache configuration , help to development teams( deploys and other errors), php + symphony,DNS , CDN, FTP'S , database , permissions . All this in Google cloud . Tasks as system administrator .

Using Ansible , Grafana ,check_mk , Argocd and Jenkins to perform all administration tasks , deploy , monitoring and so on.

- Monitoring Stack with ( Zabbix + Grafana + ElasticSearch/OpenSearch + Prometheus/Thanos )

- Database standardization and access management ( Provide a Kerberos Authentication for AWS SaaS Solution)
