J'accompagne des entrepreneurs du pre-seed à la Series C lors de leurs événements de liquidité (levées de fonds, secondaire, M&A, strategic advisory).

Voici les livrables que je fournis : pitch decks, business plans, datapacks (analyses de toutes vos métriques clés, cohortes, pipeline etc.), market sizing, comparables, scenarii de valorisation, cap table.

Je suis également en mesure de gérer le roadshow dans son intégralité : identification d'investisseurs potentiels, investor reach, et accompagnement lors des phases de négociations.

Ex-VC, je sais comment les investisseurs réfléchissent. Cela me permet à la fois d'adapter votre stratégie à ce type d'interlocuteur et de savoir qui contacter lors du roadshow.
