Bonjour, bienvenue sur mon profil !

Passionné de relation client depuis de nombreuses années, j'ai progressivement intégré des fonctions de conseil auprès du premier partenaire Freshworks en Europe, Cirruseo, aujourd'hui Accenture, après des projets de digitalisation de la relation client menés à bien dans de nombreuses entreprises (Molotov TV, Free, ...).

Fort de ces expériences, mes skills se sont diversifiés, afin de couvrir l'ensemble de la suite Freshworks : Freshdesk, orienté relation client, Freshservice pour les logiques de support internes ITSM, Freshsales & Freshmarketer pour l'engagement client, Freshcaller pour la VoIP, Freshchat pour les logiques de bots et de chat en temps réel.
