o Increased OCR processed “zero touch” orders from 27% to 57% in Europe

o Introduced an EDI policy which reduced EDI onboarding from an average 7 months to 1 month

o Implemented a new customer onboarding process in the US to reduce onboarding from >2 weeks to 1 week

o Redesigned a Color sample process to process 12K requests per year with an integrated Salesforce ticketing system and SAP transactional system

o Introduced Business Process framework to be ready for the Sap 4/HANA implementation

o Gave guidance to the pilot SAP 4/HANA implementation of the Sustainability BU

o Initiated Operating Model Transformation organization

o Defined the roadmap to reduce the number of operating systems (19) and harmonize and optimize all processes worldwide accordingly

o Globally harmonized over 100 processes in the area of Idea-to-Market, Market-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report

o Advised the board on the global Service and Spare Parts system infrastructure design
