Expert en gestion de projets énergétiques complexes (Offshore Wind & O&G), j'accompagne les industriels et bureaux d'études dans la sécurisation et le pilotage de leurs grands projets d'infrastructure.

Fort de 14 années d'expérience en ingénierie et management de projet, j'interviens à la croisée des chemins entre l'expertise technique critique (Sûreté de fonctionnement, Sécurité des procédés) et la gestion opérationnelle (Coûts, Délais, Risques).

Double Compétence Rare : Je combine une maîtrise technique pointue en RAMS et Process Safety (SIL, LOPA, HAZOP) avec une solide expérience en Project Management (formé PRINCE2, MBA en cours). Je comprends aussi bien les équations de fiabilité que les enjeux financiers d'un CAPEX.
Rayonnement International : Habitué aux contextes multiculturels exigeants, j'ai coordonné des équipes multidisciplinaires en Europe, aux États-Unis, au Kazakhstan et en Angola.
Polyvalence Sectorielle : Mon parcours couvre l'intégralité du cycle de vie, du Subsea Oil & Gas (TotalEnergies, Chevron) jusqu'aux projets innovants d'Éolien Flottant (Principle Power).

Direction de projet EPCI et coordination d'équipes techniques internationales.
Gestion des appels d'offres (Tender), des contrats et des interfaces.
Suivi budgétaire, planning et reporting aux parties prenantes.

- Expertise RAMS & Process Safety

Études de Sûreté de Fonctionnement (Fiabilité, Disponibilité, Maintenabilité).
Analyses de risques : HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, Arbres de défaillances (FTA).
Vérification SIL et spécification de systèmes instrumentés de sécurité (SIS).
Design et études Subsea (Umbilicals, Layouts, Flowlines).
