I'm a freelance consultant specializing in Strategic PMO and Category Management, with 9 years across commercial roles in sporting goods, pet care & FMCG — including adidas, Zooplus, Lindt, and Henkel. I work with brands navigating complexity, whether they're growing fast or transforming from within.

My career has been defined by bridging strategy and execution — often at speed. At adidas, I coordinated the Samba sneaker launch across key European retailer sites within three months, aligning a cross-functional task force from brief to strong sell-through. At Zooplus, I led the category management strategy for the Netherlands market, defining on-site promotional activities and building cross-functional processes from the ground up. In both cases, the work came down to the same thing: turning fragmented priorities into clear, actionable plans.
