Worked first mainly on non-banking services included in mutiple bank channels (Web, mobile, agencies). I am handling now non-banking services projects and the projects included in the whole web channel with under my responsabilty 4-5 people. Main tasks :
• People management Do we have the ressources to perform the testing ? Planning management, allocation of the projects between the testers, ensure the knowledge transfers
• Link between project lead and testers Does the tester have all the informations to perform the testing? Transfer of all the information given by the project lead to the testers : test documentation (RH, designs, scope,..), GO for testing, make sure the testing plan is aligned with the requirments,..
• Follow-up How's the testing going on ? Make sure everything is under control : scenario's preparation, test data preparation, development, testing progress, reported bugs and treatment, keep an updated documentation,..
• Release organization How to organize the project release ? Is the quality good enough to make the migration in production ? Which tests are enough to give the go in production ?
• Test automation Can we automate the testing ? Define which projects or which part of projects can be automated. Create automation test scenario, automate the testing.
• Collaboration Are you able to work with people ? Ability to work with other company/people coming from other countries/cultures. Align the planning to match with their release dates/testing period. Work with them by using a fluent English.
• Testing Are you able to execute the testing? Prepare the testing set & execute the testing. Reporting the bugs via Jira & make the follow-up of the bugs
