Spearheading the establishment and leadership ofthe Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) for AlAḥsa Municipality, under Dar Al Riyadh. Responsible for driving strategic alignment, governance, and performance excellence across municipal projects. Oversee portfolio prioritization, standardized PM methodologies, and cross-functional integration to ensure projects deliver intended public value and align with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.

Within the EPMO business unit, I provide project management expertise to the Minister of Culture, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of 74 projects inside and outside the kingdom. This involves strategic supervision and coordination to ensure successful project delivery, aligning with the ministry's goals and objectives. Set up PMO (Governance model, & Manuals). I work as an Axelos consultant, conducting P3M3 maturity assessments for my firm's clients in order to create full assessments and diagnostic reports.

I am responsible for managing and executing a portfolio of projects containing over 2,000 units with a budget of over 2 billion SAR annually. Additionally, I am responsible for enhancing collaboration and cohesion among various departments and supporting the organization's governance efforts. To ensure that these projects are in line with the company's strategic objectives and achieve their intended outcomes, I perform four crucial functions: 1) Portfolio Management Services, 2) Delivery (projects & programs) Management Services, 3) CoE (Centre of Excellence) Services, 4) Governance Support Services.
