• 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀: Logistically seamless experiences that blend high-level strategy with wellbeing and team cohesion.

The goal is to 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 by ditching old formulas:

My collaboration began as a Guest Relations Specialist, responsible for managing the day-to-day hospitality and needs of film directors and special guests. This role required intense attention to 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 to ensure a seamless experience for the guests.

Mid-festival, I was entrusted with expanding my responsibilities to include 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, specifically managing and balancing the agendas and workflow for the entire Guest Relations team. By the final stages, my role had broadened further into the Festival back office, where I handled logistics, including scheduling, reservations, transfers, and essential internal communications. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁-𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

During my time with Bring the Noise, I led a seamless and high-quality experience for all performing artists across three major music events: Gijón Life, Tsunami, and Santander Music festivals.

My core responsibilities included:

• 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝗚𝗶𝗷𝗼́𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 & 𝗧𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶): Provided essential, hands-on support to the coordination team. This involved 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 in preparing facilities, managing inventory, and 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 for artists such as Juan Luis Guerra or 30 Seconds to Mars.

• 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰): Managed the entire backstage operation, overseeing everything from 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 (including requirements for artists such as Franz Ferdinand or Arde Bogotá, to the provision of bespoke food and beverage services. My focus was on precision and anticipation, ensuring artists felt fully supported.

This experience was crucial for 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆, and execute complex plans with efficiency—all while fostering a positive and professional atmosphere backstage. It is so rewarding to lead a team, leveraging my operational knowledge and expertise to 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, helping them master the logistics and professional mindset required to grow within high-stakes festival environments.
