Founder of Floors Records and co-creator of hybrid live projects such as Gin Tonic Orchestra, performing across major European stages while developing projects combining music, visuals and live experiences.

Alongside my artistic work, I manage release strategies, catalog operations and communication workflows within independent music structures and distribution networks.

Largely self-taught in Python, AI workflows, no-code tools and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JSON), I build automations and internal systems for catalog management, content generation, sales reporting and operational workflows.

I’m particularly interested in connecting artistic practice, education and technical systems to develop new formats for creation, learning and distribution.

Lead release prioritization and catalogue strategy based on performance metrics, in coordination with partners such as The Orchard. Handle B2B/B2C client relationships, distribution workflows and targeted communication (20+ newsletters/month to 1,200+ clients, ~85% open rate).
Design and implement automation tools using no-code, Python, JSON, HTML/CSS and AI to streamline internal processes (catalog management, inventory systems, sales reporting, product sheets, content generation). Reduced operational workload by ~10h/week.
Drive visibility of releases through optimized workflows, marketing support and automated content distribution across platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.), combining operational efficiency with creative execution.

Coordinate release workflows in direct collaboration with artists, from planning to execution. Lead label communication through editorial content, interviews and animated digital formats. Manage relationships with PR agencies and oversee parts of marketing, sales (B2B/B2C) and distribution.
Involved in audiovisual production, including video direction and content creation for releases. Contributed to 20+ projects, supporting the development and visibility of artists within an established international catalog.
