Senior IT consultant with 35+ years of experience delivering complex projects and high-level solutions in networked, industrial and mission-critical environments.

I combine solution architecture (high-level), technical project management and business analysis with a strong focus on governance, service delivery and operational viability. I typically intervene from early needs analysis and RFP/tender phases through vendor evaluation, selection and delivery, on both client and supplier sides.

My role is to support architectural and strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational constraints and security/compliance requirements (including NIS2), rather than providing low-level engineering.

I have solid hands-on experience in service governance for critical infrastructures, including definition and follow-up of SLAs, service KPIs and risk management, with practical exposure to ITIL-like processes and close coordination with operations teams and vendors.

Since 1993, I have worked as an independent consultant via AMTECH CONSULTING SRL-BV, alternating freelance assignments with key employee roles in Tier-1 carriers, vendors and public-sector organisations.
